HINDU'S CLAIM ELIZABETH HURLEY WAS "THE OLDEST BRIDE THEY EVER SAW' AND SAY SHES A CRIMINAL

Elizabeth Hurley has been called a criminal in India for marrying in a traditional Hindu ceremony. The model-and-actress jetted off to India for a week of traditional Hindu ceremonies, but angry locals insist she has broken the law.Vishnu Khandewal, from Jodhpur, claims under 295a of the Indian Penal Code -which deals with "deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings" - it is against the law to marry in a Hindu ceremony if you are not a Hindu. Khandewal said: "She has hurt the religious sentiments of the community by marrying in Hindu style, which is a criminal offence."His allegations will reportedly be heard in a Jodhpur court on March 21. Liz's representatives have not commented on the matter. Liz - who is currently honeymooning with new husband Arun Nayar in the Maldives - was left red-faced when Indian locals dubbed her the "oldest bride they had ever seen". Hindu girls usually marry in their late teens or early twenties, almost half the age of 41-year-old Liz.

LIZ HURLEY LOOKING LIKE SHES PREGNANT

Liz Hurley sparked pregnancy rumors after arriving at an Indian airport with a noticeably rounded stomach. Liz arrived in Jodhpur for the next stage of her lavish wedding to Arun Nayar wearing a low-cut figure-hugging dress - revealing what looked suspiciously like a small baby bump. However, friends of the actress-and-model insist they would be "astonished"if Liz was pregnant. Preparations have been underway for tomorrow's ceremony at the exclusive Umaid Bhawan Palace - owned by the Maharaja of Jodhpur. Around 100 security guards have been employed to keep uninvited guests away, while one member of staff even swept the sprawling lawn by hand. Liz and Arun have hired a top team of chefs - who travelled by bus for three days across India - along with 50 waiters. Liz, 41, and textile tycoon Arun, 43, were married in a low-key English ceremony last Friday before jetting off to Arun's homeland. Not everything has gone smoothly so far - in Mumbai on Tuesday a party was interrupted by police at 1:30am following complaints over noise. A cricket match among guests was delayed by three hours yesterday after some of the players were late.

I feel really bad. The last time my players were late for my cricket game, I was devastated. I couldn't look at a mallot for weeks !
